Every week, each kid bowls 3 strings

- Your average = all your league strings before this week, decimals dropped. It stays the same all week, so you always know your target.
- First week? You don't have an average yet, so you get the +2 on every string automatically (but not the +1).
- Missed a week? That week is 0 points — there's no catch-up, so try to bowl every week!
- Only 3 strings a week count. The desk can record extra strings as “not counted”.
Team points
- Your team's week = the 4 kids' points added up. (A team with only 3 kids gets ×4/3, rounded.)

That week's 3 strings are bowled together, on the team night.

A missing kid counts as their average − 10 in the team-goal math.
👻 Ghost Bowler
If a kid leaves the league, the points they already earned stay with the team. From the week they leave, a Ghost Bowler takes their spot and scores the league average of that week's kid points (rounded to a whole point). On team nights the ghost counts as there. Ghosts can't win awards.
Standings
Most season points wins. Tied? More team-night points, then more “beat your average” strings. Still tied = co-champions! Pins and averages are shown just for fun.

These don't change team points. Girls and boys each have their own winners. You need to bowl in at least 8 of the 12 weeks. Ties are shared.
