📅 The season

Winter 2027 Kids League: Jan 1, 2027 – Mar 25, 2027 (12 weeks).
Weeks run Friday to Thursday. Each kid bowls 3 strings (games) per week.
When to bowl: any time during open bowling. Check with the front desk for hours.
Teams of 4 kids. Tell us on the sign-up form if your kid wants to be with a friend or sibling and we'll try to match them.

👥 Team Nights (required)

Wed Jan 20, Wed Feb 10, Wed Mar 3, Wed Mar 24, 6:00–8:00 PM.

On a Team Night week, that week's 3 strings are bowled together with the team, on the night.
Missed a Team Night? That kid gets no team-night points for that night, and the team misses the "all 4 bowled" bonus. They can still bowl their 3 strings another day that week for their weekly points.

New bowlers welcome! No experience needed: we'll teach the basics of candlepin, so first-timers fit right in. Open to girls and boys in grades 1–8 (2026–27 school year).

❓ FAQ

Who can join?: Kids in grades 1–8 (2026–27 school year), girls and boys. No experience needed.
My kid has never bowled. Is that OK?: Yes! Learn to Bowl: new bowlers are welcome and no experience is needed. We'll teach the basics of candlepin, so first-timers fit right in.
How much does it cost?: $25 registration + $12 per week, shoes included: $169 total for the 12 weeks. You pay at the center; nothing is charged online.
What if we miss a week?: That week scores 0 points. There are no make-ups or catch-up strings, so try to bowl every week. Only 3 strings a week count.
What if my kid has to leave the league?: Talk to the front desk. The points your kid already earned stay with the team, and a "Ghost Bowler" fills their spot for the rest of the season so the team isn't short.
Refunds?: Please talk to the front desk.
How do kids see their scores?: After you sign up, the front desk gives you your kid's username and 4-digit PIN. Kids log in to see their strings, points, team standings and awards. They can't change anything.
Are there awards?: Yes: High Average, High Single, High Triple and Most Improved, for girls and for boys. Kids need to bowl in at least 8 of the 12 weeks.
